26 June 2020 – Two new pricing analysts have joined Feedinfo’s team to provide even greater insight into key feed additive markets globally.
Yoke Wong and Karolina Zagrodna both joined the Feedinfo team in the last month, and are based in London. Both are experienced price reporters and analysts, having worked in multiple commodity markets and leading price reporting agencies.
Yoke, who is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, has extensive experience of commodity price reporting. She began her career as a correspondent at FastMarkets before joining ICIS, the leading chemical pricing agency, as a Market Reporter. She was head of pricing for Industrial Minerals and most recently worked at Argus covering the metals markets.
Karolina joins after a spell as Senior Market Reporter at ICIS where she produced weekly and monthly cross-commodity analysis of various markets, as well as delivering news and market-moving stories. Karolina has written forward-looking analysis and feature articles on the impact of political and regulatory changes across many European countries.
Martijn de Cocq, lead analyst for Feedinfo said: “It’s great that we are significantly expanding our analyst team with such great talent and experience. We see year after year, that the animal nutrition industry, while proving very robust and resilient, is also subject to high levels of volatility and uncertainty. With this expansion of the team we are able to provide even more insight for our subscribers – both in our coverage of core feed additives but also in new commodities and regions.”
Emma Penny, managing director of Feedinfo said: “I am delighted to welcome Karolina and Yoke to the expanding Feedinfo team. We are always seeking to develop our service and to provide ever increasing value to our customers. This is an incredibly exciting time for Feedinfo as we develop our services further and comes shortly after the launch of Delphi, our new strategic planning and forecasting tool.”
“Over the coming weeks all subscribers will be introduced to a brand new enhanced Feedinfo web experience with expanded features, improved search and analysis. We are also moving towards full assurance under IOSCO price reporting methodologies to ensure that the commodity prices we provide can be independently audited and verified as the only true reflection of the market in our sector.”
