Feedinfo’s New Website Roll-out

25 August 2020 – Starting this week, Feedinfo’s new-look website will be rolling out to all users over the next few weeks. The site, which offers a much better, faster and secure working experience as part of a £250,000 investment, is being introduced in tranches to ensure users experience a good switchover.

The new site builds on Feedinfo’s 20 years of providing news, pricing and scientific developments to the animal feed and nutrition industries. Today, the service provides much more, with much wider pricing coverage, business-critical data and a focus on in-depth and exclusive analysis and insight, all of which will also be easier to access on the new platform.
The account-by-account transfer process will mean a smooth transition, and the Feedinfo team will be on hand to individually assist any customer who has any questions. Users will continue to receive exactly the same content on both sites during the transition. An email about the change has been sent to all users and key account contacts, detailing the process and what will happen – further updates will be sent when individual accounts are being migrated.
The new site will include:
• Modern, easy to read screens.
• A new powerful search function so you can more easily find what you need.
• Better signposting of relevant topics and related content.
• The introduction of an additional layer of security ‘multi factor authentication’ to keep your Feedinfo account safe.
The investment in the new site is in addition to the recent expansion of our analyst team and extended coverage of our international proprietary feed additive pricing benchmarks. It also comes shortly after the launch of our sister service, Delphi, which provides a forecasting and planning tool for everyone in the industry.
Emma Penny, managing director of Feedinfo said: “We are excited to be launching this new platform, which will offer a much better user experience.
“We have undertaken a lot of research with customers at every stage of this website transformation, and combined that with the feedback we have received from our regular contact with users. We wanted to ensure we were delivering a site which was attractive, easy to use and highlighted the entire breadth and depth of Feedinfo’s content, including market prices; news; interviews; the latest scientific papers; regulatory updates and a database of patent applications.
“We are excited to be able to reveal our new look, and sure that, after extensive customer testing, this will be an enhanced experience for everyone. We have a mission to continuously improve the value and service we give customers, and this new site is a key component of that. Further enhancements to the service are in the pipeline to deliver even greater value to all our valued Feedinfo subscribers.”
